Within the industry there is a supply and demand relationship. The supply and demand of contracts, expectations, judgements, playing a role for others all while striving to meet one's personal goals and rewards of being a musician comes with intense highs and lows.

Summer has lived a life seeded in the music industry. She conducts life coaching and psychotherapy while also using her personal experience to guide, mentor and relate to musicians. Her exposure to the industry planted the seed for her passion to work with musicians, high level performers, artists, and creatives.

  • Individualized, one on one psychotherapy and life coaching caters to your pace and comfortability. Exploring depths of your being, desires and personal obstacles. Learning tools for managing challenges, stress, and deep activations that would others wise set you back. Achieving Mind, Body and Spiritual Balance.

  • Psychotherapy is an ongoing process as self growth is never ending. I recommend committing to 10 sessions of one to two-hour sessions per week. Together we will create a program that is appropriate for your schedule.
